HR Prachi Shukla is the worst human being I’ve ever met. She will make your work life hell. Her only job is to call people individually in the conference and tell them that rest of the people are bitching about you. She plays her own politics and acts as if she’s the owner of the firm. Everything was good when the management was under Avinash Nawathe Sir. His children Anuja and Anish, along with HR had made this place a hell. Anuja, Nawathe Sir’s daughter is so arrogant that even clients refuse to discuss anything with her. Your work is given no value. Your half day salary is cut even if you’re 1 second late. If you ever care about your mental and physical health please do not come here. The only good thing present there is Avinash Nawathe Sir himself, he is the only reason why I was willing to work there. HR wants everyone to sit, walk and talk according to her. How much time you spend in the washroom is also tracked here. She talks about wearing decent clothes during policy training and herself wears obscene clothes to office. Huge respect for Nawathe Sir but I feel sad at the same time that such a renowned firm is losing its legacy due to such people behind the management.
