Toxic work environment and bad politics. Work process not good at all.

Everything....from leadership to products.... everything needs revamp. They doesn't even think whom they have been fired. It can be a critical resource. Leadership lacks everything they don't know what they want. You can't bypass the leadership and do any work neither you can grow further. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
