Micromanagement, people who have been here for decades don't find the need to be a bit considerate about their employees. Calling oneself a people manager, doing the needful does; worst policies on leave allocation especially under so called CoE managers who doesn't know Jack about the product but very well know how to make employee life living hell.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Management is worst, Higher management most of them are from Tamil Nadu, so they hire only tamil candidates and fire other states candidates even though they are good with technical knowledge. Ajay and Rajgopal are ruining Aptean, these people taking every decision on favor of Tamil people
