It sucks majorly, do not commit a mistake to join this politics rich poor work - life balance without any growth organisation.

Lots of favouritism, regional biasing, managers are not aware of the work that is being done by the employees. Calling oneself as a people manager shouldn't mean blatant politics and nothing else. Awareness on what's going on in the team is basic quality in a manager which the managers in all products lack majorly. For freshers, firstly they have a bond of 2 years which they consider as a noose around a committed right out of college ambitious employee to suck the life out of them and then when it comes to getting a much deserved promotion at the end of 2 years, they enforce another rubbish concept of finishing a project along with the work you're doing based on which you'll be promoted else it'll be deferred by another 6 months unless you complete the useless and baseless project. Talking about perks, they have nothing "Nada". Honest advice to freshers, don't waste your potential by joining this waste organisation. Worst is many. First HR HR in Both Locations thinks they are god and they dont have any humanity. In Some teams they will throw you out. HR team is pathetic. They will be worst ever in this company. Dont join here toxic culture. You will get more work and less pay. IT manager is attitude guy and he is never cares about the team members. Management is worst, Higher management most of them are from Tamil Nadu, so they hire only tamil candidates and fire other states candidates even though they are good with technical knowledge. Ajay and Rajgopal are ruining Aptean, these people taking every decision on favor of Tamil people
