Lots of favouritism, regional biasing, managers are not aware of the work that is being done by the employees. Calling oneself as a people manager shouldn't mean blatant politics and nothing else. Awareness on what's going on in the team is basic quality in a manager which the managers in all products lack majorly. For freshers, firstly they have a bond of 2 years which they consider as a noose around a committed right out of college ambitious employee to suck the life out of them and then when it comes to getting a much deserved promotion at the end of 2 years, they enforce another rubbish concept of finishing a project along with the work you're doing based on which you'll be promoted else it'll be deferred by another 6 months unless you complete the useless and baseless project. Talking about perks, they have nothing "Nada". Honest advice to freshers, don't waste your potential by joining this waste organisation. Worst is many. First HR HR in Both Locations thinks they are god and they dont have any humanity. In Some teams they will throw you out. HR team is pathetic. They will be worst ever in this company.
