You will be given ownership of your work like sometime you need to handle the project alone.

Work satisfaction - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

The company culture is little bad as the owners treat you like a resource not employee like when you have good projects you will treated differently than when you don’t have any. Salary increments are not good they just do little increments and give any reason. There is a 2 year bond for freshers and there will be no senior member to guide you. You need to learn and code yourself.
