Applied Systems India follows the same approach, requiring only few days for meetings and collaborations from office. This setup ensures a good work-life balance. The salary is good, and skill development opportunities are strong, with Udemy access to all employees. Training programs are well structures and leaders take bi-weekly sessions, which is good. India CEO Pramod Guttal is very enthusiastic and provide Work life balance to employees. Promotions are limited due to fewer open positions so they can't be expected of everyone. Job security for last 3 years has been very stable. Employees attrition rate is very low. Recent hiring of leadership positions and Architects in India has speedup delivery and quality of product delivery. The experienced leaders with over 10 to 15 years of experience in same company ensures we have good product knowledge, and help mentoring new comers. Hiring team so far successful in hiring new employees who values the company culture and so far welcomed by existing team mates. Good AI initiatives, access to GitHub copilot. Hope they continue to have permanent work from home, otherwise HR hiring based on promising work from home is not true. Otherwise everything is too good at Applied Systems. If you get an opportunity to join this company do make use of that. You wouldn't disappoint.
