AIT is a nightmare to work at! Their work culture is a disaster – strict timings with no leeway, and if you're even a minute late, you're in trouble. Log-out times stretch to next day in most case(need to work for 15-16hrs), leaving you exhausted. The big shots, the MD and his HR wife, couldn't care less about your work hours. They act like the crazy hours are normal, and they decide if you can take leave or not, even for basic stuff. Some PMs, their favorites, act like they own the place and expect everyone to follow them blindly. Breaks are a joke at AIT. You barely get time to breathe, forget about sipping tea or taking a break. Even going to the restroom is the only acceptable pause. At AIT, it's like living under a microscope! The HR, acting as if they're street cameras, watches your every move. Late entry? They note it. Restroom timings? Yep, they're keeping tabs. And if you dare to crack a smile while working, consider it a sin. And forget about using your mobile phone – it's strictly off-limits during work hours. Even if it's something important, you get a measly 2-3 minutes, and they'll question every bit of the reason behind it. The whole atmosphere feels suffocating and overly controlling. One of the PM called 'Bell', the top-notch slave licker at AIT! He's all in for the toxic culture, thinking this warped corporate environment is the standard(which he knows it's not). This guy not only supports the MD 200%, but he takes the toxic culture to a whole new level. The MD might not push you to work an insane 15-16 hours, but Bell? He's your man for that. Despite having a family, he's at the office until 1-2 am every day. And don't get me started on the certificate thing – handing them over before joining? That's just wrong. Good luck getting them back; it's like they own your personal documents. I had enough of this nonsense and found a better gig in an MNC with three times the pay. If you're thinking of joining AIT, think again. Look for a better life elsewhere – that's how I escaped this mess! I recently had the unfortunate experience of being an employee at App Innovation Technologies and I must say it was one of the most disheartening periods of my career. Here are a few reasons why I would not recommend working at this organization: 1. Lack of Communication. 2. Poor Management : Anil Kumar, Managing Director treat employees like dogs. 3. Unsupportive Environment: The work environment was unsupportive and demotivating. 4. No Work-Life Balance: The organization had unrealistic expectations when it came to work hours and workload. There was a constant pressure to work overtime without compensation, leading to burnout and dissatisfaction among the team.
