For freshers it is a good platform to learn.. Trainers so so good in this organization..Especially, gomathi so good trainer... They will teach much till when we got get clear...

Salary, appraisal not good in this and there is lot of partiality happen.. They will recruit the people whenever the work is good but after that process gone down they will send out the workers with unvaluable reasons.. If not they create that... They will move the person to another process.. But they won't.. THERE IS NO JOB SECURITY

There are some projects where there is work life balance and leaves can be taken without your manager scolding you

There is one project in apexon named as VSI it's the worst project with worst QA manager he doesn't have sense how to talk with the employee never approves your leaves even if you have approved leave then also he starts barking even when you are on leave he will call u to do work never appreciates any employees

After infostretch merged with apexon. It was all downhill from there. I have no clue how they make the "best place to work" list with the current state. No work life balance, working 12 hours is considered normal here now.

No appraisal. Delayed appraisal for 6 months and not provided arrears for that. Managers likes only boot-lickers. HR team is pathetic, they reply your messages after 2-3 days.

No job security at all. Once you on bench you can get fired in two months if you don't get project. Very limited client. You will feel isolated because no mingling culture. You will not be able to know what are the other projects there, other people , new engagement Management does not have a vision for company
