I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Overall it's really a very bad experience to work in annex IT solutions, Who ever is joining just be careful because they don't value your skills acpt hr recruiter, they just want hr recruiter, and if you want to learn skill you can't because there is no responseable person there is no proper management no I'd , no benefits, they provide you nothing, and no any kind of estimate like weather it may holiday or anything it's just a weast of time to join...Read More
