Chandivali Symphony IT Park's Athena BPO branch is the worst. The management, including the manager and TL, are TOXIC un supportive,liars and have a cheap mindset. The company has cheap bosses.

I have worked in Athena for 2 years but that is also very difficult because the culture here is very useless, they reduce the working hours by 12 hours and call in sick and also reduce the Sundays and if someone makes you leave then The salary is put on hold and if you absent for three to four days due to any circumstances then he absconds and the salary is not even given.

No incentives no increment, HR only focus on hiring they will tell u all lies during hiring process during my time they said u will get increment of 2000 after 1 year but they only incremented 1500 and also said u will get incentives never received incentives.
