They hires everyone in company who can't good in English or illiterate peoples also.

They cant give you leaves if you want leaves they call you and say if you not come today so not come from tomorrow and most of the time in a one month you got only 2 leaves and very pressure work.Also if you take uninformed leave so they give you salary after 15 days in cheque it's means total 45 days and resignation period is 2 months without any leaves if you take leaves in your resignation time then you have to continue work 2 months resignation period....Read More

Chandivali Symphony IT Park's Athena BPO branch is the worst. The management, including the manager and TL, are TOXIC un supportive,liars and have a cheap mindset. The company has cheap bosses.

I have worked in Athena for 2 years but that is also very difficult because the culture here is very useless, they reduce the working hours by 12 hours and call in sick and also reduce the Sundays and if someone makes you leave then The salary is put on hold and if you absent for three to four days due to any circumstances then he absconds and the salary is not even given.
