Horrible company culture. Germany team doesn’t respect you or your country. They still live with the colonial mindset. Agile is not followed in any angle. It’s only on paper. They are not receptive towards feedback either and hold personal grudges against you for giving feedback. They do not know how to work in teams and everyoneworks as an individual contributor with no team spirit.
