Calture of the company absolutely horrible, they are not bother about you family and all time to need to tour whether you have some work or not and its like a eurekaforbs, no appreciation for good work and you can't find any good increments after given several effort. Overall it's a lala company without appreciation

There was the great opportunities and learning about the product of safety valves including Sec I & VIII. Almost 5years are attending the site issues & commissioning support of HP Boiler, Chemical industry, Pharma industry and major refineries at India. Abroad visit also made high pressure boiler near Bekasi,Indonesia Valmet Boiler.

Work culture is so nice but growing is taken much more time to get.
