Company policies are framed to deduct employees hard earned money every now and then in name of late punches etc. Employee is required to request owner multiple times even for documents as small as salary slip, offer letter which are basic rights of employees. They themselves won't even honour the terms and conditions in offer letter and if you leave the company, might try to take advantage with reason to not give you pending bonus, salary....Read More
