One of the best team to work with, when It comes to finance, the founders and co-founders are profoundly humble and posses undeniable patience. They have built this organisation, putting everything on stake. The company mainly manufactures bamboo products and ancillary items made from plastic alternative products like cork and coir.The salaries are on date every month and the best part is the sales team enjoys both bonus and incentives at the same time, which is rare in any organisation, I think as they are growing they will keep this, but overall the company y take good care of its employees. they have good policies and yearly kick off parties for all the employees.
