time at Amsys as a Telecom Engineer was far from satisfactory. The leadership, particularly under Mohd Maaz, was poor. There was a constant feeling of disorganization and neglect. The tools and resources provided were outdated and insufficient, making it hard to meet project deadlines. Moreover, the work culture was toxic, with little respect for employee well-being and work-life balance. “Working at Amsys as a Telecom Engineer was a regrettable decision. Mohd Maaz, the manager, was ineffective and often dismissive of employee concerns. The training provided was minimal, leaving new hires to figure out complex tasks on their own. The overall morale in the team was low, and the high turnover rate was a clear indicatorof the dissatisfaction among employees. Suggestion-i worked there for more than 1 year and observed that they ruined the future of the employees just to show their dominance and threaten to fired but after getting fired I gave this genuine review and yes I support to other recent reviews too yeah I accept there is management playing favouritism and do a favour to their relatives.
