“Working at Amsys as a Telecom Engineer was a regrettable decision. Mohd Maaz, the manager, was ineffective and often dismissive of employee concerns. The training provided was minimal, leaving new hires to figure out complex tasks on their own. The overall morale in the team was low, and the high turnover rate was a clear indicatorof the dissatisfaction among employees. Great experience to work here. Work-life balance is good. The manager is very helpful in terms of learning and a good mentor along with growth. The salary is nice with a hike in time. Management is also great. Overall great experience with work and learning.

Hire and fire strategy. Management isn’t good. No proper HR policy. Not getting promotion or appraisal. Limited option after this role to career growth. Dictatorship policy in Noida office. No hybrid no rotational and lack of other major facilities. No prior notice they fired employees on the same day. No job security.
