“Working at Amsys as a Telecom Engineer was a regrettable decision. Mohd Maaz, the manager, was ineffective and often dismissive of employee concerns. The training provided was minimal, leaving new hires to figure out complex tasks on their own. The overall morale in the team was low, and the high turnover rate was a clear indicator of the dissatisfaction among employees.
