There is nothing called management. Everything is decided by the COO on the basis of how much an employee gives internal work place news to him. This company do not even care for it’s employees. If the head of your department doesn’t like you, then you will be terminated no matter how much hard working and sincere you are! Shame!

Work Details

Monotonous work. You will have to extend for hours and no extra money for extension. This company is good for freshers only. Once freshers get experience they quickly leave the company, which is in a way a good choice.
