This a donation manegement company, collaborated with top NGO. You get the satisfaction of raising money for the needful sector or people, If you are a go getter you'll Excel in approaching random people, you'll no more hesitant. Good at negotiations

You'll be working on commission based salary and what ever you raise from the public you'll get 2%high that what your business head is making. No work life balance No EPF due to this you might not be able to show this experience in big company like Accenture or big 4 Dissatisfaction that the maximum of what you raise don't go to the needful but distributed as commission.
