The leadership consists of professionals and a hierarchy is followed in every department. The workload is not overwhelming, it only gets stressful during the Christmas period holiday(Beginning from Halloween till New Year's Eve). You will enjoy medical benefits, a collaborative HR team, and cooperative group managers.

Dislikes

The work culture has degraded a lot. Amazon has started cutting corners about on-site employees, which hinders employees from interacting among themselves. Work pressure doesn't match the salary often. Incentives to take up a temporary role aren't appealing enough.

Once she was transferred to Pune del18 become one of the worst place to work under Priyanka Paul(site leader), manager treats associates, like a robots, even if you are not feeling well and medically unfit, still you have to work now go to office, you cannot take breaks on your own. Nothing as of now but internal posting have decreased in past 1 year seems like no is leaving this company that's why very few internal posting comes.

As an associate no one expect me to work after my shift hours. As soon as shift end you can simply log out and forget no one will ask you to do few mins more .

Good work culture.....work from home mode......salary on time & no unnecessary deductions.....all are transparent. You need not to give 1 minute more towards the company & also, you cannot logoff 1 minute early.

Dislikes

You will always be surrounded by escalations, warning letters & you never know, you can be fired at any time. For contractual employees, they rarely convert people into permanent role though they claim conversion can happen on the basis of performance....but that's untrue.
