The 2 CEOs 👼🏻👹

There are basically 2 types of CEOs in this world: 1) Human CEOs : they consider and treat employees as human beings. 2) CEOs from Hell: they hardly consider employees as humans ..instead see them as just machines made to just do work..such CEOs demand 70 hour , 90 hour works etc ...even if the employee dies out of work pressure, they will just replace them within a day same like how machines and gadgets are replaced

Dislikes

There's no growth in this company, things only look so good from far away but when you join this company as a CSA you get to know the truth. These days its becoming a BPO ever since the change in leadership at Noida site. I don't know about other departments but from my experience and exposure I can tell the story isn't any different in other departments as hiring and firing is now a new norm here. Nothing to dislike in Amazon but Delhi branch of Amazon is now completely behaving like other BPO companies, that leads the employees to leave company. Amazon is one of the best company but few are making it like other BPOs
