Likes

Work environment is good but workload is very high for L2 associates. They are treated like robots. Company does not hire and just put the work pressure on their current employees. Kindly join amazon at L3 level or above.

Dislikes

Workload is very high and solving employee's problem is very slow. Taking leave is a headache. At L2 level the associates works like a robot
