Likes

the company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology .my colleague very friendly and help each other during work difficulty.my college come from different city and culture and we work happily in collaboration .my company provide very good work environment at site.

Salary - Good
Skill development - Good
Company culture - Excellent

Dislikes

repayment is considerable,but promotion is slow.the work pressure is very high .some time ,whenever start concrete pumping at site start in morning and finish late night.there is no on job training for fresher .

generally speaking ,my work is don't easy.i have to look entire site problem and mangement during work .i give the problem problem solution about drawing problem or concrete pouring or other difficulties.
