I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

1. There is a lack of effective management in the workplace. 2. Management practices are not well structure 3. Higher management interfere with employees personal life 4. Individual opinions and suggestions are not taken into account. 5. Employees can be called in to work even outside of regular office hours. 6. Overtime work is not compensate.
