The salary is very low compared to your contribution, their strategy to reduce their expenses is to hire interns only and get as much work from them as possible. The company is very penny pinching. There is no proper structure, it is very mismanaged. You do not get to learn much, they just want cheap labor. The culture is not that great either, people are very unprofessional and inconsiderate.

Not enough leaves available. No proper increment. Too much politics. Unnecessary unhealthy competition among same team. Constantly demeaning interns. Ask interns to do work that they are not supposed to do. They ask you to pay for company's travel work. No specific team work. You have to take work from multiple teams and do everything.
