They have decent clients for Digital Marketing (US based clients around 4-5, when I was working there)

Dislikes

This could go a long way so addressing issues here in points- 1. Work Culture here is chaos, negative work environment caused by inexperienced staff and management. 2. No freedom of speech or to express any ideas or inputs, management will make you do things their own way regardless how ineffective those decisions would be. 3. Company does not focus on a particular stream, few days they would focus on Digital Marketing on other days they would opt for just graphic designing services. Total confusion on what they want to achieve. This company has no goal. 4. Work life balance is what you can't find here. Working days are Mon-Sat from 9.30am-6.30pm where you would be asked to work overtime if required with no overtime compensation. 5. 1 day paid leave per month. No issues with this but when it comes to issuing salary they would cut your salary on late marks even though you had completed given working time. 6. It is expected that you work 9 hrs a day with just 30mins lunch break and 15 mins tea break. Which would be micromanaged by management. 7. Management does not excel in managing employees here, most of the time management people take leaves and assigns work on calls or meetings and on the days they come they are available till 4-5pm only. They expect employee to complete 9 hrs but can't follow the same when it comes to them. 8. They exploit interns and freshers and provide very less salary as compared to market conditions hardly 3-4k for college interns, 5-7k for digital marketing interns, and 10-12k for freshers. But the work assigned would surely exceed the package provided. 9. They expect employees to be yes boss type and encourage people to be bootlicker. (Happened with me I refused to obey and they found new ways to get back to me) 10. They literally assign any tasks to digital marketers from cold calling to converting clients. 11. No HR in company, if you want to address any other things you would have to coordinate with management. There are numerous other things which I did not mention as it was personal issues with them. But if you still want to apply/join here then lord help you recover from things you would experience.
