I have been part of this company for more than 6 yrs and was part of 6 different projects. The worst that happened to me was that when you work so hard then there are no one to appreciate you. But if there is an employee who is favorite to the management and who always try to butter the manager, they won't even bother when such an employee breaks the compliance rules also and top of that they give high 5 and so many appreciationsto these employees. I worked with one female manager who doesn't even know what her team was doing and she relays completely on one more stupid female who was a lead, I don't know what mutual understanding them both share, they think their team is only waste and only bcoz of them the team was surviving. They don't hesitate to give bad review on the team as well and they continue the same review on the team members even though the team member changes the project. The worst femalesI have ever seen in my life. They only prefer their growth in career and never encourage the team. They themselves announce that they are managers to these teams even though they are leads. What the higher management is doing no body knew. He is one more stupid person who blindly belives on these female management. Scrum masters in india, they think are project manager and they keep on poke the employees why this is not done, why that is not done. Scrum masters from the onsite should never be compared with the Indians. They are so professionals. The head of the pmo team is also a worst female manager. She thinks she is female Ken schwaber and she only formulated agile and scrum. Such a freaking management.
