It feels really awesome as allstate is really different from other companies

Salary hike is very poor, where in a new employee gets a decent hike of 30+% and the employee working from years won't even get 10% properly, it would be really good if employee gets a decent yearly hike like around minimum 20%

Work culture is great, no work tension after working hours, no working after shift hours.

They have ended work from hometown and continued Hybrid culture, calling people to office 3 days a week.

Full of politics no learning in any projects In the name of pair programming they micro manage as update of each hour Use abusive language in meeting specially pune team . They treat employee like shit . They manipulate higher management. If we someone complaint to HR about manager they put them in PIP and make sure they put papers without offer letter.

Over all a good company. There is job security if you are being ethical. Also so much ground to grow.

Dislikes

Packages are quite low when compared to other companies and there is only 1 incentive plan every year and its very hard to get a good rating as its 50% based on extra work you do.

Daily checkin when you login and check out when you log out and when you miss we need to ask manager to fix this ( daily we need to keep alarm to for this work). Getting promotion is very difficult benfits have reduced. Work has been incresed. They pay you good salary but 100% No job security they can remove you at any time please think before join I am suffering now. My life spoiled because of this company think EMI, commitments etc.. Zero trust if u have trust you can join/stay. finally one day you will get call you need to resign immediately struggles starts. I know how many peoples removed from Allstate.

Everything, HRs are trying to save their jobs as boot lickers, one HR accused his/ her boss and took the next promotion. Technical people are not valued, legacy processes and insecure leadership and people. People congratulate each other if they survive the day...AVOID AVOID STAY AWAY !!

1)Managing work is easy since there is no good quality work. Mostly documentation work. 2)Re-org will happen very frequently. It looks like the company is not doing well internally
