Being a insurance company it asks employees to pay for the insurance of the parents and has 5k restrictions on the room rent which is too less for the current situation. Employee Insurance policy needs revision.

Full of politics no learning in any projects In the name of pair programming they micro manage as update of each hour Use abusive language in meeting specially pune team . They treat employee like shit . They manipulate higher management. If we someone complaint to HR about manager they put them in PIP and make sure they put papers without offer letter.

Over all a good company. There is job security if you are being ethical. Also so much ground to grow.

Packages are quite low when compared to other companies and there is only 1 incentive plan every year and its very hard to get a good rating as its 50% based on extra work you do.

8 days work from office in a month . Applause points Internet reimbursement

Daily checkin when you login and check out when you log out and when you miss we need to ask manager to fix this ( daily we need to keep alarm to for this work). Getting promotion is very difficult benfits have reduced. Work has been incresed. Salary hike is very poor, where in a new employee gets a decent hike of 30+% and the employee working from years won't even get 10% properly, it would be really good if employee gets a decent yearly hike like around minimum 20%
