Horrible place to work. They may advertise as great place to work. However, you will only biasness to the core of every promotion/band progression. They will not be ashamed to promote people by cheating in the important certifications for the promotions. Also, the management is so horrible that they will only and only promote one specific religion-based people who can't speak two correct sentences of English. You will be shocked to see the diversity in management as they only promote what we call as "Chaploose" to the height that senior managers are reclessly moved out of the Team if not fitting into their personal ego fulfillment. This is the worst decision of my work carrier and make sure if you are not the one who can carry tiffin bags , laptop bags, give door service and out of working hours service to your supervisor then this is not the place for you....Read More

Horrible place to work. They may advertise as great place to work. However, you will only see biasness to the core of every promotion/band progression/oppurtunity given to only favourates. They will not be ashamed to promote people even by making them Cheat in important certifications for the promotions. Also, the management is so horrible that they will only promote specific religion based people who cant speak even two correct lines of English. Being a insurance company it asks employees to pay for the insurance of the parents and has 5k restrictions on the room rent which is too less for the current situation. Employee Insurance policy needs revision.

Full of politics no learning in any projects In the name of pair programming they micro manage as update of each hour Use abusive language in meeting specially pune team . They treat employee like shit . They manipulate higher management. If we someone complaint to HR about manager they put them in PIP and make sure they put papers without offer letter.

Over all a good company. There is job security if you are being ethical. Also so much ground to grow.

Packages are quite low when compared to other companies and there is only 1 incentive plan every year and its very hard to get a good rating as its 50% based on extra work you do.

Daily checkin when you login and check out when you log out and when you miss we need to ask manager to fix this ( daily we need to keep alarm to for this work). Getting promotion is very difficult benfits have reduced. Work has been incresed. Shift allownace is just 300rs and have rumour it will be removed from 1st jan 2025 Lot oflayoffs - we hear about layoff every 3 months once (imagine how much scary it will be ) It is like service based company only...Read More

Salary hike is very poor, where in a new employee gets a decent hike of 30+% and the employee working from years won't even get 10% properly, it would be really good if employee gets a decent yearly hike like around minimum 20%
