I was interviewed by allstate for the period of one whole month 1st closed the opening for the opportunity which I had Applied for later they again called me and redirected for another role which is climes. Which took 20 days. I cracked all the rounds including VnA with 90% with operations. Later I didn't get any call from them and when I called back they said they did not select me for stability reason. Even after giving the genuine reasons I was held back. These managers think they're gods. MFs have no sense to think and react. Do waste your time if they say they'll get back to you and did not revert in 2 working days....Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
