No proper IT culture. Managers are very rude in IT domain. More working hours even in Saturday. Totally worst mangers ever seen .

At my work place I like the saport and advice they give me.

I will dislike about my work is that there is only we have to do work and work no fun session no any activity. After the working shift we have to stay in office for session and feedback .and there is no fixed week offs some time Sunday offs some time Monday that's why i didn't plan anything

I reached office at 10 am. The first round started by 11.30. it was a group discussion and I, then essay writing, then hr round and then grammer test, then one on one with 2 people who asked many questions. They asked may stupid questions. I got selected for 4 rounds and rejected me at the last round. They waste my full day. But really I tried my best. Worst experience ever. I like to say that in whole allsec technologies work space. I loved that I had chance in SANTHOSH SIR (7010839) TEAM it's a lifetime memorable thing in my life and our manager sir " Srikanth" sir is also a very good and work ethics Person and show empathy to every person in his under control a very well experience in the allsec technologies

Only that breaks time is so little And need a cafe area for the office not for lease and need to be updated for not allowing that mobiles that should be removed
