Atmosphere is good, but timing is so terrible, like it takes a whole day to complete the targets, i literally don't like the target based jobs, i can achieve best n best targets once i get good to go with the work with the process, i can't achieve the target if you'll force me to do 7 n half hours of AHT, that is tough as i believe,for a new commer.... If it's already been told in the interview, that there's such n such target, and need to give 7 n hour hours of AHT, then definitely i'll think over it.......yeah Process is good, QTL's are good, supportable and everything but yeah the timing is not good.... My total shift hours are 10 n half hours excluding coming and going home i mean other than office shift, isn't this too much?, I understand, according to the process requirements or process needs, we need to fulfill that as well, but for a new commer, 7 hours is too much, we need to see the quality and the quantity as well, so better thing is, give such target so that we can achieve more !! TBH my QTL is very best, he always supported me on workfloor..... If God willing, i'll again join allsec technologies after a few months.......Read More

Give a Training properly to the promotion employees not at all good behaviour with regarding how to coordinate with the employees and avoid politics..it will irritating to work the employees...more have to say....

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year
