This is a plateform where you can grow your skills. I am working from last 8 months and I like this company a lot. I would like mention here that if you want to work with a friendly work calture and want to increase your skills you must try to join this company. Also don't think this is a new establish company. Yes in India this is new and based on Dubai.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
