It was wonderful experience.. everyone including GM are very supportive. I had a great experience from them.. i learnt so many things.. how to become a good supervisor and a good human being

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
