Very toxic environment with no value for effort, result and hard work. Politics and back biting with many salary deductions are common facts. The workers those work in factory production facilities are of more worse situation. Micromanagement is one of the major worse part that looks by the directors.

Through COVID 19 lockdown Al obaidani is not supportive to staff. And the terminated experience staff, the reason they are saying that reduseing staff strength, but actually their is so much politics. On Al obaidani Srilankan staff is more protected because on HR and on account section 2 srilankan staff is creating the rules this days. They are not looking working staff they only projecting their country (Srilanka) people. And MD and CO hearing their words only. If it is wrong or right.
