It's our own institute. I started working as a tutor at my home after that my experience is increased so my brother make Al Mateen institute where I will started my teaching work with good faculties and in very good culture, where, I learn day to day is how to teach different students with different types. Due to my hard work my all students were successful and so happy with me.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
