As in working in this company, I came to know that all the company policies are only on the paper here. If we see company fundamentals its a great place to work, but unfortunately managers and other peoples have left the fundamentals and other technicals on the paper. Managers behavior towards there team, its horrible to explain. They think as they are owners of this restaurant and the employees are their servants. And this is not about 1 or 2 restaurants overall I have seen only few managers who respects the people and recognize there work. And you will never understand some times salaries will deducted for the reasons in which you are not involve. And HR also don't cross check The reason for salary cuts. Work Details

Very much hectic. One cashier have attend customers gents section and family section, pack all the orders, cleaning tables, providing stocks for the shift, taking care of expiring products and replace them with new.. Lack of staff and staff mangmnt skills
