well Its a small company, We can get WFH when required, 8:30 to 5:30 work sometimes it will be more than 6:00 I don't know any other benefits. well I don't know about increment, I just had one and it was based on the performance.

Dislikes

Noisy, No work Life balance, Uses Old Technology, which makes difficult to get job in other company, No Bonus, alternative Leaves. Even if you are in contract , if you don't need them, they will terminate you.
