The management often exerted undue pressure on employees, leading to a stressful work environment. There was a noticeable lack of support and empathy towards employee well-being. The company often made promises to clients that were unrealistic or false. This led to a culture of dishonesty and a lack of integrity in client dealings.Employees were sometimes misrepresented to clients in terms of their experience and expertise. Freshers were presented as highly experienced professionals, which was misleading and unethical. There was a tendency to blame employees for poor performance without valid reasons. The work culture is unique in the sense that there is a lot of people from different areas which helps us get insight from different perspective. Also for me, the project manager gave proper details prior to starting which helped me to understand the concept and contribute accordingly. The communication with HR is also swift and they helped me ease into the company during probation by getting proper feedback at regular intervals. Communication although good, can get hectic. Especially as there is a lot of personal involved and we are expected to update each one individually even if there is a group with all of them. Also documentation can be tricky to nail as each person needs the document in a certain format. Fortunately the latter is now offset with dedicated team.
