We always keep every employee engaged with the HR on a daily basis on their performance. It is surprising that you haven't discussed with HR. Your comments are totally unethical and incorrect. Our management has been very co-operative and understanding ensuring a very flexible , friendly work environment with WFH option allowing employees to work under flexible working hours. We always maintain high level of quality standards and transparency with clients in our commitment to delivery. Totally unacceptable statements mentioning misrepresentation, ethics is totally unfounded and leading to HR action . Low performers are given multiple opportunities to improve under the guidance of seniors , on-job training, and hand holding. We checked our database and no full-stack developer left the company in the last 6 months. So, we would request you to please share your contact or reach out to HR to discuss on this further.
