Micromanagement at max, moreover both the founders have different idea of what needs to be done in this to and fro nothing gets done because all your hard-work will get accepted by one of the brothers and the other brother will reject it. Policies are different for different employees, few of them are allowed to work from home- this is not dependent on the roles by the way this depends on if you are friends with the authorities. One major thing they will allow you national holiday on 26th Jan, 2nd Oct and 15 Aug. Just 3 national holidays in a year and for enjoying these 3 holidays you have to come to the office on their respective Saturdays. Worst interview ever faced that too by the CEO of this company Mr, Manoj dhanotiya. This guy doesn’t even know how to evaluate a candidate and how to take interviews but still he takes the interview and after my interview they did not even give me the proper feedback as in on what grounds I was rejected. Looks like a fake company of a fake CEO.
