It's again proved that as the company grows the ethics, policy in fact the strong pillars which the organisation stand on during upcoming will loose it's value as it's grows. The worst organisation to work. Only a brand is surviving.

Dislikes

Politics , lousy people recruiting without any interviews just because they have reference from top management. Today the situation is like they need to manage they boss not the Performance to save they jobs

Work Details

Very challenging, a passion to work, always meeting the commitment of internal and external. Valuing the customers. No revenues leakage. It was awesome though we work for more than 10 hours.
