I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Really very good place to work. Colleagues are cooperating. Principal is really good. Ready to help in understanding new environment. A good place to learn many things like how to handle kids (it's an NGO so kids studying here are from slums), how to teach these special kids so that they can learn easily. Main focus on learning easyand new methods of teaching. I love to be a part of this NGO and doing something that satisfied me....Read More

As far as growth is concerned, chances are very low. Working in an environment where I am doing work below my capabilities.

Work Details

The role of a teacher is quite challenging in an NGO. I am working with those kids who are deprived of basic facilities. They don't have such environment at home where they can study and can learn themselves.

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
