Although AHY Plastic industry is large business organisation but there is no professionalism and totally obselete culture.A large paperwork is promoted instead of smartwork utilizing latest IT tools.Employee growth and learning is almost zero due to non-technical and non-professional staff of management.Employee retention is very low due to uncertanity , zero job security and routine wise late salary , deduction in wages are high due to errors of manual attendance system on papers and lack of HR resources.Trust on employee is zero due to extremely suspected nature of factory owners....Read More

Working in AHY culture is very tough because of obselete and totally local system.
