They sponsor your birthday cake along with everyone's whose birthday was in the same month as yours. You get to leave on time because mostly there isn't much work to do.

Dislikes

Their clients are not many, work isn't exceptional neither their client portfolio. Job insecurity specially for women because they fire a female getting marries or pregnant at the first instance. Besides if you are already married they constantly question your work commitment and dedication basis your marital status. No growth in the firm as the firm size is shrinking constantly and their SAs themselves are not that experienced so if you match or come close to their experience they don't have enough work or human resource to expand or allow growth. Neither the SAs let anybody get ahead of themselves. Their HR is glorified business managing external firm who do not care about employee's growth or well being and have lesser regard for HR confidentiality. There is nothing to like about. Terrible place to work. Poor Marketing team. Totally unprofessional and untrained.

Tons of things to dislike: You will not get a chance to grow No value for your work Internal marketing manager is fooling company and will personally comment you when you point it out. Terrible work culture. I left the Company because of toxic work culture.

The workforce is mostly young and there is sufficient space for independent thinking in some matters.

Dislikes

This is a tier III law firm with one person i.e. Managing Partner being the only person in charge. During my work experience,there was no proper hierarchy or a tier system in place. The work space was not conducive of growth as most of the good quality/ challenging work is deliberately handled and hogged by one associate who is alsofavored by the Managing Partner. She seems to have a say in almost every matter, in spite of her limited expertise in general. All in all the growth is stagnant and the review process is biased with no transparency. Thus, hardwork will go unnoticed as the work review is entrusted to only one associate. Overall not a good place to work....Read More
