The only likes in this company is environment and work life balance. Also no restrictions for dress code, if you had personal work and you have to go office, no need to iron formals and wear you can wear jeans and casual shirt.

Company has changed lot. Changes in the sense doesn't mean company improved aga went very good to worse in every year. If you applying for AR caller then you good to go, if you apply for team leader or other posting hardly you will be working for 6 months. Once management changed everything has been changed. Coming to appraisal evenif you put your hardwork and after one year you will be sitting in second category. In current appraisal very least employees reached A+ slap even if you have 4.60 plus rating for one year based on your scores, but some useless calculation your appraisal rating 4.10 to 4.20. High politics in promotions Will set you production number which is highly impossible to met They will conduct fun activitys when we are in high work pressure. Which is not making any sense. Work life balance was absent. If you are willing say about my team lead who is promoted now as supervisor.. such a brainless who didnt even know what he is doing, we can simply call him as idiot

AGS is a good company for career growth

Worst think is worst management and managers. Even you eligible for appraisal and incentives they did not approve that. Even we have 2 plan monthly means they calculate is as deficit and we have to extend on Saturday. Exceptionally manger Madhan vilvapathy university hospital manager one of the worst person I seen in my carrier .
