Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. Worst think is worst management and managers. Even you eligible for appraisal and incentives they did not approve that. Even we have 2 plan monthly means they calculate is as deficit and we have to extend on Saturday.
