The management blackmails as they will remove them and hire another new people...that if they don’t reach targets .. unnecessary increasing of software process to do target.. higher targets.. more pressure.. they won’t give leaves.. if people take leave they should compensate.. once upon a time incentives were getting.. but now a days incentives also not getting.. they are taking advantage of pandemic time as the employees won’t go.. they are always using the words.. as if u don’t keep msgs or response u will remove from the job and will hire new people.. if we have to work here.. u should kill ur self respect and surely u will realise that u did mistake.. by joining here.. plz try other places.. before joining here...Read More
